Felton is survived by his wife, Sandra Brunet Collins of Houma, LA his daughter; A'lliahnah Brown of Houma, LA his five brothers, two sisters, seven stepchildren, twenty two step grandchildren, one step great grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Felton is preceded in death by his parents. Walter Collins Sr. and Edna Mae Savoy Collins his maternal grandparents; Wilbert Savoy and Vivian Tyler Savoy his paternal grandparents; Leonard Joseph Collins and Mary Gallo Collins

Felton was a graduate of Ellender Memorial High School, Bayou Cane Adult Education (GED), an employee of Cristiano Restaurant and Heritage Manor Nursing Home. Faithful member of Powerhouse of Deliverance Ministries.
