Florence G. Cage, age 102, a resident of Franklin, La., died Monday, April 7, 2014 at Franklin Foundation Hospital at 1:35 PM.Visitation will be Saturday, April 19, 2014 at Jones Funeral Home in Franklin, La., from 8:00 AM until funeral service at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow in the St. John Cemetery in Franklin, La.Florence leaves to cherish her memories; one son, Rev. Nelson Waits of Avondale, La; one daughter, Carol Cage-Bowser (Andrew) of Franklin, La; two sisters, Sarah Flemings Preston-Marks of Sorrel, La and Lee Esther Flemings-Hunt of Franklin, La and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives, and friends.She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph & Odelia Gunner; her husband, Albert Cage and fourteen siblings.
