Francis ""Big Dog"" Banks, 58, a native of Dularge and resident of Houma, died Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at 11:23 a.m. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until funeral time at the church. The funeral will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at Dularge Community Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. He is survived by: his wife, Pamela Calloway-Banks; six sons, Frank, Darnell, and Frederick Banks,Cameron Miller, Robert (Brandy) and Randall (Rebecca) James; two daughters, Leslie and Cylay Banks; three brothers, Kevin (Renee), Larry and Frederick (Regina) Banks; two sisters, Melva Lyles and Marilyn (Jimmy) Jones. He was preceded in death by: his parents, Melvin and Maryann Westly-Banks; and one sister, JoAnn Banks. Jones Funeral Home of Houma in charge of arrangements.
