Frank Welch, Jr. leaves behind to cherish memories, three sons; Frank (Queen) Welch lll of Atlanta Ga; Bobby (Gafanua) Welch of Morgan City La; Murphy (Shareka) Mitchell of Atlanta Ga/Orlando Fl; Fourteen Grandchildren, and Thirteen Great-grand Children. One Brother: Lester Paul Guillory of Franklin LA, One sister: Lizzie P. Stokes of Franklin, LA and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and Friends.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, Two sisters: Elizabeth Domingue Sonia and Ella Mae Williams and one brother: George Madison.
