A public viewing will be conducted from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 13, 2021 at the New First Corinthian Baptist Church, 1114 Church Street in Houma, LA. Burial will follow in St. Luke Baptist Church Cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Raihean Scott, Sr.; daughters, Areka Hunt, Larisha C. North (Melvin), and Rishawna Celestine; four grandchildren; father, Clarence Scott, Sr.; brothers, Randolph, Melvin, Travelle, and Clarence Scott, Jr. (Betty), Corey Williams (Erin) and Keon Jackson; sisters, Patricia Harding (Bruce) and Carolyn S. Henry; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandson, James Terry, Jr.; mother, Virginia Woods Ross; and brother, Ronald Scott.
