Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at the church. The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, May 14, 2018 at Residence Baptist Church, 2605 Isaac Street in Houma. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Elmo Spruel; daughters, Quinise (Damiyan) Sherman and Trunetta (Johnathan) Diggs; two grandchildren; brothers, Walter Williams and Willard Payne, Jr. (Pamela); sisters, Mary Ann Wallis and Kathryn Valentine; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harrison, Jr. and Florence Williams; biological father, Willard Payne, Sr.; brothers, Benjamin and Junius Williams; sister, Estelle Alvis; grandparents, Harrison, Sr. and Mary Williams.
