Glenora Chaisson Pellerin was born December 9th, 1940, to the late Rene and Annie Tauriac Chaisson, in New Iberia Louisiana. Glenora united in holy matrimony on September 14th, 1963 to the late Ronald Pellerin Sr.
Glenora was in the medical profession for 50+ years. She attended USL at an early age and received her CNA. Later, she went to Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and became a certified surgical technician. After retiring from Franklin Foundation in 2005, she went on to perform private sittings for people in need. Her life’s calling was to take care of others and give comfort, which was given back to her by her loved ones in her final days. Glenora was very stern, which instilled strong values in her children and granddaughters. She lived to see her three adult granddaughters, Brittany, Mariah, and Cheyanne, become college graduates. Their ‘Ummie’ spoke highly of them.
