Helen Moton

Visitation and Funeral services will be observed on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at St. Paul Baptist Church, 162 Hwy 400 Napoleonville, LA 70390. Visitation 7:00 AM until funeral time at 9:00 AM. (All visitors are asked to adhere to the CDC local regulations by wearing masks and practicing social distancing.) Burial will follow funeral services at St. Paul cemetery. 

Memories of Helen will forever remain in the hearts of her children; Ricardo Moton, Valient Moton, Shawn Moton, Mahogany Moton-Frazier, Tabitha Moore and Tawanna Moore; a brother, Rev. David Gilton, sisters; Irene Wade, Barbara Rainey, Emily Gilton, Donner Brown, Mary Grace Bell, Alma Wiggins, and Robin Gilton along with eleven grandchildren. 

Helen was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. Harry Gilton and Fannie Mae Gilton, sisters; Rose Mary Gilton, Patricia Ann Moore and Robinette Gilton, along with her niece, Chloe' Rohillard.
