A public viewing will be conducted from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Plymouth Rock Baptist, 1000 Wallis Street in Houma, La. Burial will follow in Deweyville Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Williams Johnson; son, Eric Johnson; daughter, Arlanda Williams; grandchildren, Joshua and Jere Williams; great granddaughter, Jiana Rose; brother, Freddie Johnson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Houston, Sr. and Mary Cummings Johnson; in-laws, Nelson and Rosemary Williams.
