Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at Siracusaville Recreation, 1110 Grace St., Morgan City, La., from 11:00 AM until funeral service at 12:00 PM noon. Burial will follow in the Morgan City Cemetery.
Irving "Uncle Bear" leaves to cherish his memories; two daughters, Daphne Harrara of Morgan City and Janelle Singleton of Texas; two brothers, Henry Singleton of Gibson, LA., and Larry Singleton of Gray, LA; five sisters, Edna Woods, Audrey Howard and Josie Marie Singleton all of Morgan City, LA; Rosa Sledge of Baton Rouge, LA., and Barbara "Pat" Turner of Patterson, LA; twenty-four grandchildren, forty-five great grandchildren and one great great grandchild and a host of relatives and friends.
Irving was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Singleton and Mildred Courteaux Singleton, a son and two daughters.
