Keylin Kentrell Evans

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Jones Funeral Home Chapel, 230 S. Hollywood Rd., Houma, LA 70360. Funeral Services will begin at 1:00 PM with burial to follow in new Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.

A proud graduate of Terrebonne High School, Keylin was known for his gentle spirit and his love of simple joys—listening to music and relaxing with his favorite television shows.

He is survived by his wife, Victoria Evans; his mother, Gayle Celestine (Eddie); his brothers, Darnell Evans, Sr. (Leslie), Terry Evans, Sr. (Shavonne), William Evans (Sherril), Tony Evans, and Ron Celestine (Tiffany); and his sisters, Janell Evans Allen (Dennis), Melissa Evans Otis (Matthew, Sr.), Billie Jean Evans, and Danyell Evans Anderson (Demetrius).

Keylin was preceded in death by his father, William Evans; his paternal grandparents, Junius Evans, Sr. and Ruth Wallis Evans; and his maternal grandparents, Mercedes Bolden, AC James, and Oscar Joseph.

Keylin’s presence will be deeply missed, yet his memory will continue to live on through the love he shared and the lives he touched.
