Larry Leroy Ingram, Sr.

Larry Leroy Ingram, Sr., 65, a native of Lafourche Parish and a resident of Raceland, LA, passed away peacefully at 7:08 a.m. on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at St. Joseph Nursing Home in New Orleans, LA. 

A public viewing will be conducted from 12:30 p.m. until funeral time at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Jones Funeral Home chapel, 230 S. Hollywood Road, Houma, LA, 70360 (Per CDC regulations/local requirements all visitors must wear face masks in building at all times). Burial will follow in the St. Matthews Baptist Church Cemetery, 4839 Hwy 308, Raceland, LA 70394.

He is survived by his former wife, Debra Thompkins; sons, Larry, Jr., Joshua, Sr. (Biana), Chad, and Barry Ingram; daughters, Katina North (Steven), Tarlene, Pamela, and Larrilon Ingram; thirty-four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brothers, James, Roosevelt, Jr., sisters, Kathy Mayor (Ricky), Brenda Fusilier (Burt) and Sharon Jarvis; and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his son, Robert Ingram; great grandson, Bevon Ingram; mother, Florence Ingram Fountain (Roosevelt); father, Carnis Davis; brother, Michael Ingram.
