Leroy ""Mr. Wolf"" Jones, age 68, a native of Labadieville and a resident of Amelia, La., died at his residence at 12:35 PM., Sunday, May 15, 2011. Visitation will be Saturday, May 21, 2011 at Union Bethel AME Church in Amelia, from 10:00 AM until funeral at 1:00 PM. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Leroy leaves to cherish his memory; his wife, Hilda Jones of Amelia; five daughters, Martha Ford, Bessie Wilson, Mrs. John (Connie) Williams, Karen Jones and Mrs. Isaac (Kanersha) Joseph, Jr. all of Amelia, La; three sisters, Mrs. Russell (Lillie) Thibodeaux of Morgan City, La., Emma Matthew of Amelia and Mrs. Victor (Irma) Stewart of Baker, La; a sister-in-law, Dequincy Richardson of Amelia, La; twenty-one grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
