Lionel Williams

Visitation and funeral services will be observed on Saturday, November 26, 2022, from 9:00 AM until funeral time at 11:00 AM at Mt. Zion Baptist Church 1117 President St., Thibodaux, LA 70301. Burial will follow at Moses Cemetery. 

Lionel is survived by his sons; Herbert Paul, Tyrone (Latasha) Pitts, Brandon and Javonte Tunson and stepson; Daniel Evans. Daughters; Ruby Adams, Shannon (Oliver) Haughton, Johnnie Mae Williams and stepdaughters; Olidia E. Robinson and Felesia Jiles. Sisters; Audrey and Jeanette Williams; granddaughter; Jasmine and numerous grandchildren. 

Lionel was preceded in death by his parents; Nathan and Mildren Williams. Wife; Ellastine Williams; stepson; Lloyd Evans and stepdaughter; Donna Lee. Brothers; Joseph "Polo" Williams and Nathan Williams, Jr. Sister; Betty Ann Lee Singleton and grandparents; Edna and Adam Lee. Aunts; Verletter Stringer, Leola Lee and Lula Mae Dumas and uncles; Earl, Hurley and Adam Lee. Nephews; Tyrone Williams, Kendrick Steward, Alrick Lee and niece; Linette Williams.
