Lizetta "Mama B" G. Steward

Visitation will be observed on Tuesday March 31, 2015 at the Mason United Methodist Church 601 Oregon Street Berwick, LA, from 9:00 AM until funeral services at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow services in the Berwick Cemetery in Berwick, LA. Reverend Joseph Holland will officiate the services.

Cherished and divine memories of "Mama B" as she was called will forever be remembered by her loving children, Juanita Lagard (Arthur) of Morgan City, LA, Willie Steward, III (Barbara) and Edwin Steward both of Berwick, LA; six grandchildren, Evita N. Lagard of Baton Rouge, LA, Edwin Steward, Jr. (Angela) of Franklin, LA, Brian Steward, Sr. (Tara) of Houston, TX, Willie Steward IV and Chad Steward both of Berwick, LA and Stephanie Cousin (Desmond) of Morgan City, LA; five great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; as well as several other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Steward was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Steward, Jr.; her parents, Rayfield and Celia Lee-Gash; one brother, Rayfield Gash, Jr. and four sisters, Thelma Poole, Ada O'Prien, Orleand Wesley and Rosetta Jones.
