Lynol Bourgeois

Lynol Bourgeois, age 71, a native of Verdunville, La., and a resident of Patterson, La., died Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at Heart Hospital in Lafayette, La., at 2:21 AM. Visitation will be Monday, April 1, 2013 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Patterson, La., from 9:00 AM until funeral service at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in the Beau Pre Cemetery in Jeanerette, La. Lynol leaves to cherish his memories; his wife, Gertrude Mitchell Bourgeois of Patterson, La; four sons, Derek Davis of West Alco, N.J., Darryl Bourgeois of Richmond, VA., Derrick Mitchell of Seattle Washington and Joshua McDaniel, III of Franklin, La; two brothers, Denis ""Mary"" Bourgeois and Freddie Bourgeois of Verdunville, La; two sisters, Lelia ""Julius"" McClendon, of Newtonville, NJ., and Almena ""Earl"" Kirt of Verdunville, La; five grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Lynol was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Bourgeois, Sr., and Mary Etiennie; four sisters and two brothers.
