Mattie Cummings, age 92, a resident of Franklin died Monday, June 28th at 11:50 PM at Iberia Medical Center. Visitation will be at St. Jules Catholic Church, Friday, July 2, 2010 from 9:00 AM until funeral at 1:00 PM. Burial in church cemetery. Mattie leaves to cherish her memories one son, Nathaniel Cummings, III of Franklin, La; three daughters, Natalie Verdun, Patricia Aubry and Margaret Lewis all of Franklin, La; eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
