Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at the church. The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 9, 2015 at St. Luke Baptist Church, 3755 Bayou Black Drive. Burial will follow in Southdown Cemetery.
He is survived by: his mother, Shirley Mae Ward; five brothers, Frederick, Sr., Roosevelt, Jr., Jeffery, Stanley and Kenny Ward; and three sisters, Sheila (Terry) Townsend, Eileen (Mickel) Manuel, and Christa Ward.
He was preceded in death by: his father, Roosevelt Ward, Sr.; two brothers, Aaron and Everett Ward; a nephew, Terry Townsend; and his grandparents.
