Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 15 at Dularge Community Baptist Church, 524 Andrew St., Houma, LA with burial in Southdown Cemetery.
She is survived by parents, Octavia and Burt C. Bell, and Tony Evans; paternal grandmother, Geraldine Kemp Scott; sisters, Toni Franklin, Sophia Williams, Natalia Mouton and Rasheedra Mahoney; brothers, HarisDayon Franklin, Tony Williams, Burt C. Bell, Jesse and Terrance Mosley.
She was preceded in death by her biological mother, Charlene Mosley Franklin; maternal grandparents, Joan Bennett and Warren Mosley; and paternal grandfather, William Evans, Sr.
