Reginald Brown, Sr.

A public viewing will be conducted from 12:30 p.m. until funeral time at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Jones Funeral Home chapel, 230 S. Hollywood Road in Houma, LA. (Per CDC/local regulations, everyone is required to wear face masks in building at all times and adhere to social distancing). Burial will follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery. 

He is survived by his son, Reginald Brown, Jr. (Orri); five grandchildren; brothers, Charles Brown (Josephine), Kirkland Brown, Crosby Marks (Myrna), Larry Marks (Amanda) and Johnny Marks (Crystal); Gainell Broussard (James), Carolyn Robinson (Alfred) and Theresa Cannon; uncles, George Stewart and Willie Washington (Patricia); aunt, Juanita Washington; and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary Albertine Stewart Brown, Henry, Sr. and Ethel Brown; earthly parents, Leola and Willie Marks, Jr.; brothers, Henry Brown, Jr. and Robert Brown; sisters, Diana Leblanc, Joandell Robinson and Ethel Thomas.
