Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until funeral time at the church. The funeral will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 06, 2014 at St. James Baptist Church, 6319 South Bayou Black Drive, Gibson, LA 70356. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
He is survived by: his wife, Loretta Hanzy-Clay; one son, Terrance Terrell Clay, Sr. (Tawanda); one daughter, Lorenda Renel West (Prentis); two sisters, Amanda Johnson and Ann Owens; two brothers, James Clay (Gloria) and Randolph Clay (Lenora); and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Joseph and Alice Fintley-Clay; one sister, Marie Grammer; and six brothers, Lester Grammer, Joseph, Jr., Petter, Michael, Calvin and Harold Clay.
