A public viewing will be conducted from 8:00 a.m. until funeral time at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 12, 2021 at Jones Funeral Home chapel, 230 S. Hollywood Road in Houma. Burial will follow in Celestin Garden of Memories Cemetery.
She is survived by her daughter, Tranetta Celestin (Otis Williams); granddaughters, Myla, Malaya, Malani and Makai Williams, and Ayvione Young; mother, Betty Ross Celestin; brothers, Herbert, Jr., Bernard, Nicholas and Danny Celestin; sister, Melissa C. Hardy (Vernard); and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Herbert Celestin, Sr.; paternal grandparents, Dan and Josephine Celestine; maternal grandparents, William and Alma Ross; and aunt, Leona Norman.
