"Big Jim" leaves to cherish his memories; four sons, Robert (Carolyn) Cage, Jr. of Franklin, LA, Carl Anthony Cage of Verdunville, LA, Curtis James (Melody) Cage of Church Point, LA, and Calvin (Monica) Sanders of Franklin, LA, ; three daughters, Brenda Joyce Cage of Breaux Bridge, LA, Crystal Marie Cage Bias of Franklin, LA, and Tammy Pierre-Knight of Verdunville, LA; three brothers, George Cage of Richmond, CA, Nelson Cage of San Antonio, TX, and Ricky Cage of Franklin, LA; six sister, Louise Poole-Jones of Houston, TX, Norma Lee Cage-Butler of Jeanerette, LA, Augustine Cage-Grogan of Patterson, LA, Ellen Cage-Johnson of Port Arthur, TX, Ernestine Cage of Lafayette, LA, and Evelyn Joyce Cage of Morgan City, LA, twenty one grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, along with a host of family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Louise Pierre Cage, parents, Alexander Cage, Jr. and Ann Franklin Cage, two brothers, Donald Wayne Cage and Clarence Cage.
