Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Jones Funeral Home chapel located at 6775 West Park Avenue in Houma. Burial will follow in Halfway Cemetery.
She is survived by two sons, Curtis and Douglas Jones; two daughters, Diane Johnson and Judy Steib (Joseph); sixteen grandchildren; forty great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Jones, Sr.; three sons, Vincent, Bobby and Gregory Jones; one granddaughter, Trina Jones; parents, James and Rosaline Thomas Burdis; one brother, John Moore, Sr.; and two sisters, Almeda Davis and Amaria Jackson.
