 A Celebration of Life Musical will be held on Friday July 10, 2015 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the Triumph Baptist Church in Franklin, LA. Visitation will be observed on Saturday July 11, 2015 from 8:00 AM until funeral services beginning at 11:00 AM at the Triumph Baptist Church 1005 Iberia St, Franklin, LA 70538, with Reverend Carl Lewis officiating the services. Masonic Rites will also be conducted prior to funeral services. Burial will follow services in the Franklin Cemetery -Main Street in Franklin, LA.

Memories of a long life well lived will forever be remembered and cherished in the hearts of his one son, Simon Daniels, Jr. (Carolyn) of Columbia, LA; two daughters, Dorothy Gordon and Mary Ann Conley both of Franklin, LA; thirty-four grandchildren, seventy-eight great grandchildren, eighty-one great-great grandchildren and three great-great-great grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Simon was preceded in death by his wife, Rose F. Daniels; his parents, Simon and Mary Lockett-Daniels and two daughters, Rosemary D. Burrell and Sandra D. Hurst.
