Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at the funeral home. The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 23, 2015 at Jones Funeral Home Chapel in Houma, 6775 West Park Avenue, Houma, LA. Burial will follow in Southdown Cemetery.
He is survived by: his wife, Rosemary Jasper; one son, Stewart Jasper, Jr. (Chantelle Autin); two daughters, Raine Butler (Gerald) and Penny Jasper; three sisers, Earline Carter, Lucille Carter and Glenda Holliday; one brother, William Jasper, Sr.; and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Elijah, Sr. and Thelma Verrett Jasper; three brothers, Kermit Nash, Raymond, Sr. and Elijah Jasper, Jr.; and three sisters, Cloteal Warren, Mary Davis and Murrel Aubert.
