A public viewing will be conducted from 8:00 a.m. until funeral time at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Jones Funeral Home chapel, 230 S. Hollywood Road in Houma, LA 70360.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Hines Ross; children, Yvonne Mitchell, Terrence Stewart, Timothy Stewart, Timaranaja Coler, Samyia Smith, Tre'vaz Ross, Tre Ross, Trey Ross, and Faith Brown; parents, Robert, Sr. and Carolyn Diggs Ross; siblings, Robert Ross, Jr. (Shewanda), Theresa Byrd (Fabian) and Karen Rodriguez (Daniel); godfather, Henry Johnson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Jason Lamar Ross; paternal grandparents, Elijah, Sr. and Gertrude Ross; maternal grandparents, Norman and Elsie Diggs godmother, Coralee Ross.
