Todd Patrick Robottom, 45, was born on May 16, 1980, in New Orleans, Louisiana, and passed away peacefully at his residence on October 20, 2025. He was the beloved firstborn of Byron and Germaine Robottom.
Affectionately known by many as “Triple T,” Todd was a devoted husband, loving son, caring brother, and loyal friend. He was fiercely dedicated to his wife, family, and his cherished dogs, Maggie and Jasper.
Todd graduated from Destrehan High School in 1999, where he was an active member of the ROTC, Jazz Band, and Marching Band. During his youth, Todd also gave back to his community through Helping Hands, a charitable program at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, where he volunteered his time to serve others and support those in need. His kindness and compassion for people were evident even at an early age.
After high school, Todd earned his degree from ITT Technical Institute, where he developed his professional passions in Information Technology and Cybersecurity. He worked diligently to advance his career, continually studying and completing certifications to enhance his skills. Throughout his professional journey, Todd supported several organizations, including Digital Opportunity Trust, IBM, McGraw Hill, UT Southwestern, Parsons, and most recently NexGen Technologies.
Beyond his professional achievements, Todd lived a life full of joy and hobbies that reflected his vibrant personality. He was an avid sports fan, especially devoted to the New Orleans Saints, and never missed a chance to cheer for his team. He loved swimming, playing video games, and was known for his culinary skills—often calling his mom for recipes or cooking tips.
Todd leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 14 years, Taivonnia Duplessis-Robottom; his parents, Byron and Germaine Robottom; his brother, Chad M. Robottom (Molly) of Dallas, TX; his mother-in-law, Nicovie Duplessis of Marrero, LA; sisters-in-law Ifeoma Okah and Taylenne Howard; brother-in-law Treyven Okah of Marrero, LA; nephews Hawkins and Stone Robottom; and niece Nixon Kate Robottom, all of Dallas, TX. He will also be deeply missed by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Todd was preceded in death by his grandparents Adrian and Mary Williams of Houma, LA, and Hubert and Gladys Robottom of Hahnville, LA.
Todd was a wonderful caretaker to his wife and a joy to everyone who knew him. His warmth, humor, and kindness touched countless lives. Though he will be deeply missed, his family and friends are blessed to have shared in his journey and will carry his memory in their hearts forever.
