Trina Lashawn Tyler, age 54, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and a resident of Houma, Louisiana, passed away on Saturday, August 16, 2025. Trina was a loving, kind, and generous person, in her spare time she loved fishing, crafting, and baking.
Visitation will be from 9am until funeral time of 11am, Saturday, August 30, 2025 at New St Paul Missionary Baptist Church 2766 Hwy 311 Schriever, LA 70395. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Ranch Cemetery 101 Jim Bowie Road Houma. LA 70363.
Trina is survived by her son, Byron (Latoya) Nevis, her daughters Raven (Cornell) Robinson, Tiara Tyler, and Jasmyne Nevis; her brother Glenn (Darla) Brown; her sister Bridgette Tyler; nine wonderful grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Trina is preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Carrie Mack and her sister Angela Nevis.
