A public viewing will be conducted from 12:00 p.m. until funeral time at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at New St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, 2766 Hwy 311 in Schriever, LA. Burial will follow in New St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Mitchell J. Aldridge, Jr.; grandchild, Bryonna Aldridge; godchild, Jordyn Vanwinkle; brothers, Sterling Washington, Sr. (Isabella), Gerald Prince, Earlesy Prince, III. (Sandra) and Gregory Prince (Cynthia); sisters, Lourean McGee (Preston), Irene Prince, Denise Steel and Elizabeth Prince (Paul Steel); and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her spouse, Herbert Butler, Sr.; parents, Earlesy, Jr. and Thelma Washington Prince; sister, Brenda Prince Cooks; godchild, Nakia P. Bernard.
