In an effort to comply with the CDC recommendations to limit social interaction, a private service will be held, with the FAMILY'S INVITED GUEST ONLY. Services will be accessible by viewing the Jones Funeral Home, Inc. Facebook Page at 10:00 AM on Saturday, May 23, 2020. 

Memories of Wilfred will forever remain in the hearts of his two children, Joshua Cooks of Verdunville, LA and Savaja Ann of Moville, IA; three brothers, Christopher (Antoilla) Silas of Jeanerette, LA, Cornelius (Keely Smith) Johnson of Church Point, LA and Sedrick Silas of Houston, TX; three sisters, Keisha (Tasha Mitchell) Silas and Rashone Johnson both of Houston, TX and Ora (Kimberly Gaines) of Baton Rouge, LA and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Wilfred was preceded in death by his parents, Wilfred Silas and Octavia Johnson; his paternal grandparents, Ed & Ora Mae Silas and his maternal grandparents, Oreal and Else Mae Doyle Johnson.
