Willie "Spike" Mason, III.

A public viewing will be conducted from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Jones Funeral Home chapel, 230 S. Hollywood Road in Houma, LA. Per CDC/ requirement/local regulations everyone is required to wear face masks in building at all times. Burial will follow in the Crescent Farm Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Yvette Lewis Mason; sons, Clifford Mason and and Jason Paul Lewis; daughters, Latasha Nelson (Samuel) and Amy Lewis (Brian); eleven grandchildren; brother, Charles Mason; sisters, Lorriane Short (Norris, Jr.), Sandra Kennedy (John, Sr.) and Sherill Evans (William); and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie, Jr. and Eva Bernard Mason; sisters, Rita and Christine Mason; paternal grandparents, Willie Mason, Sr. and Abbie Sims; maternal grandparents, Joseph Bernard and Mary Louise Matthews.
