

Visitation will be observed on Saturday July 18, 2015 at the Jones Funeral Home 1101 Main Street Franklin, LA from 8:00 AM until funeral services at 11:00 AM, with his grandson, Minister Kevin Domingo, officiating the services. Burial with Military Honors will follow in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Charenton, LA.
Wybra was a Veteran of the United States Army, with Honorable Discharge.
"Choke", as he was known to many, leaves to cherish his memories three sons, David Charles Jacko of Port Arthur, TX, Donald Ray Jacko (Patrice) of Slidell, LA and Terry Anthony Jacko (Amanda) of Kingston, TX; one daughter, Lolita Ashwood of Katy, TX; one brother, Cephus Jacko of Houston, TX; twelve grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, three great great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Wybra was preceded in death by his parents, Pierre and Octavia Garrison-Jacko; his wife, Mary Eizabeth Lastrap-Jacko; one daughter, Peggy Ann Jacko-Domingo; twelve other siblings and two devoted friends, Ethel Rixner and Sarah Mae Johnson.
