

Adam Velasquez, 39, of Katy, Texas, passed away on January 28, 2026. He was born on July 23, 1986, in Houston, Texas. Adam was united in marriage with the love of his life, Victoria Velasquez, on July 23, 2010, in Houston, Texas. Together they built a life centered around family, love, and togetherness. Adam enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, hot rods, motorcycles, and spending time with his family—especially his children, who were the heart of his world. He will be remembered for his love of the outdoors, his passion for life, and his devotion to those he loved.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ruben and Esperanza Velasquez, Angelita and Ramiro Z. Ramirez, and his niece, Angel Montemayor.
Adam is survived by his loving wife, Victoria Velasquez; his children, Isaiah Nathaniel Velasquez, Alexiah Neveah Velasquez, Adriana Selena Velasquez, Adrian Adam Velasquez, and his godson, Jayden Noe Velasquez Zamora. He is also survived by his mother, Margaret Ramirez (Manuel Moreno); his father, Oscar Velasquez; his sister, Crystal Velasquez (Jesse Ortiz); his brother, Oscar Velasquez Jr. (Matilda Velasquez); and his many nieces and nephews: Crystalee Velasquez (Juan Zamora), Gerardo Rodriguez, Alyssa Velasquez, John Adam Velasquez, Jalen Galvan, Jeremiah Velasquez, Ryder Velasquez, and Armando Jr.; his great-niece, Janette Zamora; his mother-in-law, Teresa Adame; and his father-in-law, Armando Nino.
Adam will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
A visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, located at 2516 Navigation Blvd, Houston, TX 77003, on February 4, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. A Rosary Service will take place at the same location on February 4, 2026, at 7:00 pm.
Another visitation is scheduled at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo on February 5, 2026, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, followed by a Chapel Service at 10:00 am.
The Committal Service will be held at Historic Hollywood Cemetery, 3506 N Main St, Houston, TX 77009, on February 5, 2026, at 12:00 pm.
