

Adesoye Akinbayo was born to Papa Oyelayo and Mama Munirat Akinbayo (of blessed memory ) in Ile Ogbo town in Osun state on June 16th 1960. He attended DC primary school Ile Ogbo between 1967 and 1972. He had a brief schooling at Kuta/Ile Ogbo secondary modern school before being admitted into Luther Kings College in 1975. He was a prominent member of the first set of Luther King's College Ileogbo and graduated from LKC in June 1980. He was the first student to gain admission into higher institution. He got an admission into the university College of Medicine (UCH), for nursing in 1980. He became a staff nurse in the same institution, where he met the love of his life Mrs Temilola Akinbayo. He then to moved to King Khalid University teaching Hospital in Saudi Arabia, and later came back to Nigeria and married his wife on August 1990.
He decided to further look for greener pastures when he travelled to the United States of America (USA) in 1993 to work as a senior medical Officer in one of the prestigious Hospitals in that Country.
Adesoye Akinbayo and his wife Temilola Akinbayo are both blessed with 3 children Akindolapo, Boluwatife, and Adeoluwa.
He was very kind, compassionate and generous and has touched many lives. He will be greatly missed.

A funeral service for Adesoye will be held Friday, May 5, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77077, followed by a committal service from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
