Adria Elena Gomez, 82, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, on October 25th, 2023 at Cypress Creek. She was born Adria Elena Rodriguez-Correa on September 26, 1941 in Coamo, Puerto Rico, the daughter of Ramiro Rodriguez and Ana Maria Correa.
Adria was a stay at home mother who often enjoyed reading, and antiques. She will always be remembered as the woman who enjoyed the comfort of home, admiring art, and sewing. She was a 1963 graduate of Escuela Superior Jose-Quinton. She married Confesor Gomez-Marquez on April 24, 1965.
Preceded in death by her parents Ramiro Rodriguez and Ana Maria Correa, her two sisters Nilda Cardona and Carmin Belardo, her nephew Luis Edgar Rodriguez. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Confesor Gomez-Marquez; brother, Luis O. Rodriguez, daughters, Adria Gomez and Dagmar Ramirez; sons, Marco Gomez and Carlo Gomez; three granddaughters, Karina Ramirez, Zara Gomez and Dania Gomez; grandson Kevin A. Ramirez, and her nieces and nephew.
A Funeral Service in memory of Adria will be held at 3:00pm Monday, October 29, 2023 .
