Albert "Jerry" was born November 10, 1949 in Sumter, S.C. He was the son of Albert and Demeree (Brown) Frazier. He married Charlene Walther on April 3,1976 and retired from the City of Houston with 20 years of service. Albert was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law Roy Scarcella. Survivors include his wife Charlene, son's Jason and Yuri, Aaron and Veronica Frazier. Grandchildren Caiden, Isabel and Andrew Frazier. Sisters Delores Scarcella of Houston and Henrietta Frazier of Glendale Arizona. Niece Demeree Jameson, of New Caney and nephew Vincent Scarcella of Houston.
