Albert Lopez

Albert will be remembered not only for the life he lived, but for the passion, determination, and personality he brought to the people and things he loved.

He leaves behind his loving parents, Martha and Jesus Lopez; his sister, Leslie Lopez; and his beloved niece and nephews, Titus and Josiah Felder; Jade and Faris Green Jr.

Albert graduated Cum Laude from Aldine High School in 2002. He went on to complete the ASE Collision Repair and Finish (B series) in 2008 at Universal Technical Institute. He found his calling as a mechanic and took great pride in his work. He was always eager to learn, improve his skills, and take on the next challenging job. For Albert, being a mechanic was more than a career—it was a craft. He enjoyed collecting specialized tools and was always prepared to tackle even the toughest mechanical challenges.

Outside of work, Albert had a deep love for sports, especially his Houston Texans. He proudly followed the team and enjoyed building his collection of sports cards and jerseys. His collections reflected the excitement and memories that sports brought into his life.

Albert also carried a lifelong love of anime and manga. As a child of the anime generation, he especially enjoyed Dragon Ball Z, a favorite that remained a meaningful part of his interests and personality.

Those who knew Albert will remember his curiosity, his dedication to his craft, and the enthusiasm he brought to the things he loved. His memory will live on through his family, his collections, the stories shared by those who knew him, and the many lives he touched along the way.

Albert will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Visitation will be held at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039, US, on September 6, 2026, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm with A Celebration of Life starting at 2:00 pm.
