Albert Lee Williams

He is preceded in death by his wife, Vivian Erelene Hart Williams; and son, Dave Williams; parents, Robert Lee Williams and Emma Williams; brother, Tom Williams; sisters, Earline Fitzhenry and Gladys Smallwood.

He is survived by his son, Robert Williams; daughter, Lisa Williams Broomas. He was blessed with 3 grandchildren, Jacob Williams, Amanda Carlton and Cody Broomas, and 2 great grandchildren, Jasper Carlton and Molly Carlton. He also leaves behind many other special relatives and friends.

He and his wife were married 52 years and had 3 children. He retired from AT&T in 1984 after a 33 year career. He was a Telephone Installer/Repairman, then a Line Supervisor Facilities Engineer responsible for wiring the George Bush International Airport upon its inception in the 60s. He was an amazing carpenter in his spare time building planters, birdhouses, cabinets for home, and for the Church he attended, including his own kitchen and bathroom cabinetry in two of his homes. He loved watching the Houston Texans and Houston Astros.

The family extends their gratitude to everyone for their expressions of love and support during this sad time, especially Jessica Secrease with Choice Hospice, and the Nurses (Gwen, Shay and Coy) at Brookdale Senior Living/Memory Care. During his short stay at Brookdale, he quickly became a Favorite of the Staff.

Service will be held at Brookside Funeral Home & Memorial Park, Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at 2:00 PM. There is no prior visitation or Graveside Service.
