Alberto Dorta, 96, passed away on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at First Colony Health and Rehabilitation in Missouri City, Texas. He was born on November 21, 1917 in Cuba to Agustin and Lucia Dorta. He is survived by his loving wife, Yelina Dorta, sons, Alberto Dorta Jr.and his wife Barbara, Roberto Dorta and his wife Mary, four grandchildren, Carlos Dorta, Shanine Dorta, Aleece Hobson and Amanda Dorta. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren, Alexander Dorta, Alivia Dorta and Jaxson De Mar.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 6, 2014 from 3:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Advantage Funeral Home, 7010 Chetwood Dr. Houston, Texas 77081. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, April 7, 2014 at 11:30 A.M. at the Advantage Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services, Houston, TX.
