Alfredo Manansala Marcial

Alfredo Manansala Marcial, age 76, passed away on February 17, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. A resident of Houston, Texas, Alfredo was a compassionate, cherished, beloved, and humorous presence to all who had the privilege of knowing him. After this introduction, he was most often known simply as Fred—an outgoing man who seemed to know everyone in the room and who could always be counted on to make others laugh.

Fred worked as a registered nurse for over 30 years, serving others with steady dedication and care. In retirement, he embraced the days he had earned—spending time with family, meeting new people, and enjoying running, often alongside friends at Memorial Park.

Fred was married to Michiline Marcial. He was a devoted father to Lowell Marcial and Alfredo Marcial, Jr., and a proud grandfather to four grandchildren: Dylan, Owen, Hailey, and Preston. He loved his family deeply and always cherished his time with his sons and grandchildren.

Most everyone knew him as Fred, and he loved living life to the fullest. He will be missed by many, but most especially by his family and his grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Chapel of Eternal Peace at Forest Park, 2454 S Dairy Ashford, Houston, TX 77077, on March 12, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

A Funeral Service will follow at Chapel of Eternal Peace at Forest Park, 2454 S Dairy Ashford, Houston, TX 77077, on March 12, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

A Committal Service will take place at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery, 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77077, on March 12, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
