Alleen Stephens Willis, age 90, went to be with our Lord and Savior October 1, 2010 in Houston, TX. Born February 20, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Nancy Stephens. Alleen was a devoted and loving wife to George Alton Willis for 60 years, and mother to her two sons Alton Willis and the late Stephen Willis. She was a gracious and caring grandmother to her four grandchildren: Jimmy Willis, Brandi Vela, Laura White, Tammy Dawson and great grandmother to Quincy Johnson, Felicity Collier, Jazmine Johnson, Jose Vela, Taylor White and Kacey White. Alleen was a long time member of Memorial Drive United Methodist Church. Visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Alleens Celebration of Life will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 6, 2010 at Memorial Drive United Methodist Church, 12955 Memorial Dr., Houston, TX 77079. Interment will be private.
