

Allicia Lucky was born on November 3, 1962, in Houston, Texas, to Rosetta Bonnie and Willie Nealy. From a young age, Allicia’s brilliance was evident— she was even featured in the newspaper for her exceptional reading skills. She attended Highland Heights Elementary School, M.C. Williams Middle School and Booker T. Washington High School.
Her spiritual journey began at Rock of Salvation Church of God in Christ under the leadership of Elder Norris. As a teenager, she found fellowship at the Church of Christ, guided by Pastor Dexter Nealy. Later in life, she became a devoted member of Divine Faith Church, where she worshipped under Pastor Cloudy. Throughout her life, “Lil Lisa” was known and deeply loved by many. She was truly the life of every party—radiating joy, laughter, and a magnetic presence that lit up every room she entered.
Though small in stature, Lisa made a lasting impression on everyone she met. She had a boundless love for dancing and an incredible ability to bring smiles to those around her. You always knew when she had arrived, and once you met her, you never forgot her.
Her vibrant spirit and unforgettable energy will be cherished and remembered always.
She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Rosetta Bonnie and Willie Nealy; her brothers, Lawrence Baltimore and Wayne Johnson; her sisters, Glenn Baltimore, Gayle Baltimore and Stella Washington; her cherished grandson, Ciaran Wayne Simmons.
She leaves to cherish her memory; her loving children: Stanley Nealy, Dakota Weathersby, Adolph Lloyd and Lateefa Offer; her treasured grandchildren: Kiara Nealy, Da’Shawvious Travon Wise, Tavier Nealy, Dedric Gordon, Lakierra Gillespie Aarien Cooper Lloyd, Aadien Adolph Lloyd, Aubree Laura Lloyd, Camden Simmons and Claire Simmons. her devoted brothers, Basil Abdullah, Kenneth Johnson and Troy Nealy; Allicia also leaves behind a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and a circle of lifelong family and friends who will continue to honor her legacy and remember her vibrant spirit.
A visitation for Allicia will be held Saturday, August 2, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Paradise Funeral Home, Inc, 10401 West Montgomery, Houston, TX 77088. A celebration of life will occur Saturday, August 2, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 10401 West Montgomery, Houston, TX 77088. A committal service will occur Saturday, August 2, 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Paradise Cemetery North, 10401 West Montgomery, Houston, TX 77088.
