Allyssa Lynn Munoz

Allyssa Lynn Suarez Munoz, 19, of Katy, Texas passed away June 14, 2014 as a result of an auto accident. She was born on October 13, 1994 in Houston, Texas to Raquel Geddry and Joeal Suarez. She attended Cy-Springs High School. Allyssa was married to Roy Munoz.

Allyssa had Sophia Munoz on February 24, 2013. She was a wonderful mother. They enjoyed going to the zoo, feeding the giraffes and trips to the beach. Sophia was the pride and joy of her life. She loved her family and her siblings. She was preceded in death by her younger brother, Brett Nathaniel Suarez.

She is survived by her: daughter Sophia Munoz; husband Roy Munoz; mother Raquel Geddry and two fathers Michael "Shane" Geddry and father Joeal Suarez; sister Kristen Suarez; brother Rico Suarez; grandparents Berry and Edita Pollard; Sue Geddry; mother-in-law Elsa Munoz; great-grandparent Laveda Scott; Uncles BJ Pollard, Jon Weeks, Paul Marple, and James Marple; Aunts Cathy Drake and Deveda Johnston. And many more uncles, aunts, great uncles, great aunts, cousins and friends.

Viewing is scheduled on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 from 5-8p.m. at Dignity Memorial - Brookside Funeral Home in Cypress Creek. Services will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at 10:30 a.m at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church. Her burial will immediately follow at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
