Nuestra querida Amelia nos deja muchas memorias lindas e inolvidables. Fue una persona muy noble, con mucha carisma e inteligencia. La extrañaremos mucho pero siempre estará en nuestros corazones. La queremos mucho Mimi. Que descanse en paz.

What a life well journeyed!  You were/are the best of the best of mothers and you lived a dutiful life to your friends and family.  I always felt immense pride when I was around you because I could just tell you were one of those rare, strong, women who came here, dreamed, believed, guarded your faith and achieved so much!  You were one of the kindest souls that I ever met.  Thank you for being an exceptional mother and second mother to all of Henry's BFFs, especially me.  I will always remember our sweet Spanglish conversations rooted in a mother's loving curiosity about all that her son was up to.  Oh how I loved spilling all of his tea to you and laughing together.  I will always be a stronger Latino man from having been a part of your family.  May you rest in peace, Amelia, La Reyna!

Mi Tía y madrina, siempre recodare sus consejos y platicas con ella, sus regalos 🎁 que aun conservo con mucho cariño, su carta ciando cumplí mis XV años aun la conservo también, nunca olvidaremos cuando nos recibió en su casa y convivimos con ella mis hijos, mi esposo y yo, como agradecerle el que haya hospedado a mi suegra y su hermana en momentos difíciles para ellas, mi suegra se une a las condolencias por la perdida de mi madrina Amelia y agradece por siempre su acto de bondad, mis hijos se quedan con hermosos recuerdos de Tía hacia ellos, Dios le de el descanso eterno Amén 🙏
