Drew was one of my best friends.  Ever since being stationed together in Alaska, we were inseparable.  The crew would call us team non-rate and the brothers.  I felt that Drew was like my older brother in a way.  He was a great man, a great friend, and a brother to those that were close to him and is missed very much. My heart goes out to the family in this tragic time and are in my prayers.  It's hard to express all the emotions after something like this.  He will never be forgotten by those that were stationed with him. May he rest in peace and stand a taught watch on God's Golden Shore.

Mike, Lyn and Gretchen:  I am so sorry for your loss.  I know all of you were proud of Drew and everything that he had accomplished.  So tragic that he passed so young!
