Jerry- Mark and Lynzi Montemayor, Jonathan and Candace Montemayor, Matt and Carrie Holliday, and their children.
Siblings, Johnny Wilkerson, Marty Wilkerson and Rosa and Gerard DeChiro.
Ann resided in Hockley, Texas, with Greg and Sarah, surrounded by grandchildren and great-grandchildren (always sneaking cookies to them).
Nana’s was the cool house growing up for the grandchildren and MANY of their friends and even dragging some on spring break and summer trips. Nana was a sound voice of reason, but in a way, the young friends understood. When Robert, Sean, and Nikole were in school, it was said Nana would have more teens at a funeral than older adults if something happened to her back then. She loved them well, listened, and NEVER judged. She was a safe place for them to talk and be kids, and they knew they were loved.
Ann was the best mother to her children, and many others that were not her own. Kids loved to be near her.
Boss lady was loved dearly by Greg and Sarah who often dragged her on trips with them from USMC graduations in CA, “the Big Ditch” aka the Grand Canyon, Florida, Virginia, and various Texas towns.
Ann loved to garden; she loved to have her hands in the dirt growing beautiful things. Ann loved camping with David and the kids and loved dragging friends along. Ann also loved to travel with Jr. and enjoyed seeing sites from around the world, from cruises to Alaska, the Caribbean, and a special trip with her sister Mary to Jerusalem; she so enjoyed floating in the Black Sea. Ann also enjoyed many trips to Ohio and Pennsylvania with Robert and Taylor.
Her family often fought over Nana; they all wanted her to live with them (Greg made sure to always let the others know they could not keep her cause we'd miss her and want her home), protected her, and would slay dragons for her.
The stories of love, friendships and of helping anyone in need are numerous.
