Anna Marie Chapa born Jun 13, 1962 in Houston, Texas passed away at home November 20, 2021 in Houston, Texas. Anna was a Brownie and a Girl Scout in her younger years. She attended and graduated Lamar High School in 1981. She would be the 12th child out of 14 children. Birthdays, holidays, or any day Anna loved to cook BBQ, Fried Fish, Hot Dogs, whatever she had it was always about family and for the family!! Her heart was so kind and loving but all would say she was the family enforcer. Anyone who knew her can tell you that. She lived life her way till the end. You could find her hanging out in the garage in the spring, summer, fall, and winter watching the Astros, Rockets, and Texans games with either her fan or heater!! For many years Anna took care of her Mom, Martin, and Steven. She is proceeded in death by her parents Juan Chapa Sr. and Soyla Moreno Chapa, and 3 brothers Chris, Larry, and baby Chapa as well a niece Deborah. She did not have any children of her own but had over 27 nieces and nephews that she took under her wings and loved like her own. Then when the great nieces and nephews came along she was again right there to give her love!! She is survived by her Brothers John (Jessica), Joe, Raymond, Martin, and Steven, Sisters, Dee Dee, Lupe, Angie (Jeff), Dolores, Terry, and Patricia (Carol), Aunt Vita and Uncle Joe, numerous nieces, nephews, Cousin’s, friends, and neighbors. Anna will be missed by all that knew her and loved her. Rest well Anna your work is done!!
