Hi Nanny.  I know your busy making friends in heaven but I wanted to say I miss and love you very much.  Apart of me is so alone knowing you are not physically here but spiritually I know you are everywhere I see :)  Keep smiling Nanny and visit me in my dreams.

I was deeply saddened to hear about the death of Dina's mother, Anna Marie.  I know how difficult it is to lose a parent.  Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.  I never met Anna Marie; however, it was so nice to see Dina and meet her brothers.  My husband, Anthony (Nino) shared the story of his cousins that broke his Aunt's large ravioli platter from Italy and how they buried it in the backyard in Pittsburgh, PA.  The secret stayed buried for over 30 years.  As Nino told the story, we were laughing at the craziness of being young.  It was so nice to see smiles and have some laughter during such a difficult time.  I know how much you will miss your Mom.  I encourage you to draw on the strength of your family and the Lord our Savior.  May God bless you and your family during this time and always,

To the Ottaviano / Mercaldi Families, please accept my thoughts, prayers, and condolences.  Nanny will be missed by many.  Thank you for sharing the pics of Nanny and me on the guest book photos.  Surely made me smile and I will carry happy memories of such a special lady.  I hope heaven has a casino, and if so, the jackpot is hers for the taking.  Love you all, so sorry I can not be there in person to offer my condolences.

Nanny, I can't believe you're gone.  Our family lost someone truly amazing. I was blessed to have you as a grandmother. I miss you terribly. Heaven received another angel the day we said goodbye. Until we meet again. Ti amo sempre <3
