

It is with heavy hearts, but with gratitude to God for a life well lived we, members of the Amadasun Ogbeideoyo and Aimievbiyevbomo families and innumerable friends announce the transition into glory of our dearly beloved daughter, mother, sister, aunt, and friend Anianah Aiyowieren (Anne) Amadasun Ojo-Osagie on July the 18th, 2018 in Houston Texas. A light has been dimmed in the realm of this world, but has been lit up in the realm of the heavenly hosts.
Anne Amadasun Ojo-Osagie was born on May 26th, 1946 in Benin City, Edo state to late Prince Milton and Grace Amadasun.
She was born into the families of Amadasun Ogbeideoyo and Aimevbiyevbomo Osa-Ehanire N'Iguneronmwon and Osula Aiwerioghene Royal family. Anne was the third child out of eight children.
Anne attended Anglican Girls School for her primary education school from 1954-1960 and Anglican Girls Modern School 1961-1962. She then proceeded to St. Martin's College, Oguashuku from 1962-1965 in the then Midwestern State of Nigeria.
Anne worked in various ministries in the then Midwestern State such as Ministry of Justice, Governor's office and the Ministry of Establishment all in Benin City.
In 1971 Anne travelled to the United States of America to join her then spouse Mr. Oladele Ojo-Osagie. She attended Texas Southern University in Houston Texas where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration in 1980. She worked at Twelve Oaks Hospital from 1980 to 1996 in Houston Texas in the Dietary department. She then moved to the Texas Criminal Justice Department in 1996, where she retired in 2011.
Anne was survived by her son, Phillip Iwinosa & wife, Abiloye Aderomi Osagie; daughter, Anne Ayodele Ekinaduese & husband, Marcus Hopkins; grandchildren, Daniel, Anne, and Phillip, Jr.; brothers, Mr. Samuel Amadasun & Mr. Joseph Erhun Amadasun; sisters, Madame Deliana Amadasun, Mrs. Mabel Eghosa Amadasun-Obanor, and Mrs. Helen Iyamu; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
We are grateful to God for the opportunity He has given us to know and experience her in our lives.
